“After a long hike, we were warmly welcomed to this nice hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful! The room was very clean, a little bit small. Breakfast on the patio was outstanding with the view! We loved the coffee! Would recommend.”

“Good 3 star hotel in the centre of town. It is old but very well maintained only does B&B now. Nice view from the terrace we you can relax. Our room was ok a decent size as it was at the front ove over the street it was are if the windows were open ( they do have a/c but it was off when we were there in September) .”
“Our second stay in the amazing old town of Spello, but the first at this hotel. The hotel is well placed and very comfortable. We had a room overlooking the valley, but that is not the place to be when the streets are there to explore. A good breakfast either indoors or on the terrace if weather permits. The staff are lovely and more than helpful. It's a great value hotel too. I will stay there again if we can get back to this beautiful part of Italy.”
